Honey Miso Glazed Seafood Soba

1 tbspmiso paste
1 tspsesame oil
3 tbsphoney
1 tspgrated fresh young ginger
2 tbspsoy sauce
¼ cupchicken stock
Handful of shimeji mushrooms
6 piecesMushroom QQ Fish Filament, halved
6 piecesMushroom Sashimi Snow Crab
1 tbspbonito flakes
2crispy seaweed
Spring onion, chopped
Perilla leaves, garnish
1 packet soba noodles, boil as per packet instructions


  1. Combine miso paste, honey, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil and chicken stock and mix well.
  2. Marinate the Mushroom QQ filament, Mushroom Sashimi Snow Crab and shimeji mushrooms together for 10 minutes.
  3. Boil the soba noodles according to the packet instructions. Once cooked, drain and put in a bowl with perilla leaves.
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat and sauté the marinated mixture for 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat.
  5. Serve hot over the soba noodles and perilla leaves. Garnish with bonito flakes, seaweed and spring onions.
  6. Mix well before devouring.
