Makes: 1 container
|600 g /10 sticks||MUSHROOM Fried Crab Stick, thawed|
|2 tbsp||grated parmesan cheese (or to taste)|
|2 tsp||hot chili powder (or to taste)|
|Oil for deep frying|
- Cut the crab sticks into about 2 cm lengths. Unroll them and slice them into thin, even strips. Set aside.
- Season the crispy crab sticks with hot chili powder to taste.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, deep fry the crab sticks on medium heat until golden.
- Toss the fried crab sticks with grated parmesan cheese while it is still warm and store in an air-tight container after it cools.
