480 ml | warm milk | |
80 g | melted butter | |
2 | QL Omega Egg yolk | |
2 | QL Omega Egg white | |
15 g | sugar | |

Method
- In a medium bowl, add sifted flour and baking powder. Mix well and set aside.
- In another bowl, add warm milk, melted butter and QL Omega Egg yolk. Mix well.
- Pour in warm milk mixture into flour mixture and mix well using a whisk.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk QL Omega Egg white until fluffy then gradually add in sugar. Continue to whisk until a medium peak is formed.
- Fold ⅓ QL egg white mixture into batter. Then fold in remaining egg white mixture.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly grease surface with some oil. Pour 3 ladle of batter and cover pan.
- Once it starts to bubble, turn over the pancake and cook for another 30 seconds. Repeat the same with remaining batter.
- Garnish with fresh fruits and drizzle with honey before serving.
