Japanese Fluffy Pancake

240 gflour
2 tbspbaking powder
480 mlwarm milk
80 gmelted butter
2QL Omega Egg yolk
2QL Omega Egg white
15 gsugar
100 mlhoney
Fresh strawberries
Fresh blueberries


  1. In a medium bowl, add sifted flour and baking powder. Mix well and set aside.
  2. In another bowl, add warm milk, melted butter and QL Omega Egg yolk. Mix well.
  3. Pour in warm milk mixture into flour mixture and mix well using a whisk.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk QL Omega Egg white until fluffy then gradually add in sugar. Continue to whisk until a medium peak is formed.
  5. Fold ⅓ QL egg white mixture into batter. Then fold in remaining egg white mixture.
  6. Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly grease surface with some oil. Pour 3 ladle of batter and cover pan.
  7. Once it starts to bubble, turn over the pancake and cook for another 30 seconds. Repeat the same with remaining batter.
  8. Garnish with fresh fruits and drizzle with honey before serving.
