Kampung Fried Rice

2 tbspoil
½ red onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, chopped
1bird's eye chilli (cili padi)
3 tbspdiced tempe
8 piecesMUSHROOM Steamboat Selection 6 in 1, halved
2 tbspfrozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1QL Omega egg
1 cupwhite rice, cooked
2 tbspanchovies (ikan bilis), fried
1 tspwhite pepper
Salt to taste


  1. In a pan, heat up oil and sauté onion, garlic, bird’s eye chili and tempe until fragrant.
  2. Next add in MUSHROOM Steamboat Selection 6 in 1 and mixed vegetables.
  3. Add in QL Omega egg followed by the white rice. Fry until egg is cooked and rice heated through.
  4. Add the anchovies, pepper and salt to taste.
