|6||wholemeal bread slices|
|1 cup||mixed shimeji mushrooms|
|3||cherry tomatoes, deseeded and diced|
|3 pieces||MUSHROOM King Crab Chunk, diced|
|3 pieces||MUSHROOM Vegie Fish Ball, diced|
|4||QL Deli Fresh eggs, lightly beaten|
|Pinch of paprika|
|Salt to taste|
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Remove the crust from the bread slices and use a rolling pin to flatten the bread slices.
- Line a non-stick muffin pan with the bread slices and bake for 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, add the mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese, MUSHROOM King Crab Chunk, MUSHROOM Vegie Fish Ball, paprika and salt. Mix well and fill into bread cups.
- Pour QL Deli Fresh eggs into the bread cups and bake for 20 mins or until the egg is set.
