MUSHROOM Baked Seafood Egg Cups

The ultimate party snack is here! Imagine mushrooms, cheese, MUSHROOM Surimi, and QL eggs all cooked together with bread. That’s what you’re going to enjoy in this recipe for MUSHROOM Baked Seafood Egg Cups!

Servings: 3 - 4


6wholemeal bread slices
1 cupmixed shimeji mushrooms
3cherry tomatoes, deseeded and diced
½ cupcheese
3 piecesMUSHROOM King Crab Chunk, diced
3 piecesMUSHROOM Vegie Fish Ball, diced
4QL Deli Fresh eggs, lightly beaten
Pinch of paprika
Salt to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Remove the crust from the bread slices and use a rolling pin to flatten the bread slices.
  3. Line a non-stick muffin pan with the bread slices and bake for 5 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, add the mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese, MUSHROOM King Crab Chunk, MUSHROOM Vegie Fish Ball, paprika and salt. Mix well and fill into bread cups.
  5. Pour QL Deli Fresh eggs into the bread cups and bake for 20 mins or until the egg is set.
