Ingredients

1 kg | chocolate covertures | |
70 g | almond nibs | |
For the biscuit crust: | ||
125 g | butter | |
35 g | icing sugar | |
1/2 | QL Omega egg | |
190 g | flour | |
35 g | ground almond |
Method
- Toast whole almonds in an oven for 10 minutes at 160C
- Next, cream butter with icing sugar. One it’s creamy, add in QL Omega egg.
- Fold in flour and ground almond.
- Take 8 g of dough and wrap it around 1 almond. Continue this process with the rest of the dough and almonds.
- Bake in oven at 160⁰C for 18 minutes. Once its cooked, let them cool.
- Melt chocolate covertures in microwave for 1-2 minutes then coat the almond cookie and transfer into paper cups.
- Spoon more chocolate onto cookie and sprinkle some toasted almond nibs onto it.
- Set in fridge or in an air conditioned room.
