Durian Crepe

Most durian lovers fall in love with this durian crepe recipe on the first bite. With a thin and light layer of crepe wrapped around soft custardy durian and fresh cream, what’s not to like! Ingredients

250 gHong Kong flour
69 gsugar
300 gwhole QL Deli Fresh egg
60 gQL Deli Fresh egg yolk
600 gmilk
15 gbutter
250 grich cream
500 gdurian

Method

  1. Whip cream and chill
  2. De-seed durian and roughly mash with a chopstick. Chill
  3. Mix whole QL Deli Fresh eggs and sugar with a hand whisk. Add flour and mix well
  4. Add in the remaining QL Deli Fresh egg yolks and gradually pour in the milk
  5. Melt butter in the microwave and let cool
  6. Add melted butter into the batter
  7. Heat up a non-stick pan, pour a little batter into the pan and cook until done
  8. Wrap with durian filling and whipped cream
  9. Serve chill
