Ingredients
1 tbsp | miso paste |

1 tsp | sesame oil |
3 tbsp | honey |
1 tsp | grated fresh young ginger |
2 tbsp | soy sauce |
¼ cup | chicken stock |
Handful of shimeji mushrooms | |
6 pieces | Mushroom QQ Fish Filament, halved |
6 pieces | Mushroom Sashimi Snow Crab |
1 tbsp | bonito flakes |
2 | crispy seaweed |
Spring onion, chopped | |
Perilla leaves, garnish | |
1 packet | soba noodles, boil as per packet instructions |
Method
- Combine miso paste, honey, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil and chicken stock and mix well.
- Marinate the Mushroom QQ filament, Mushroom Sashimi Snow Crab and shimeji mushrooms together for 10 minutes.
- Boil the soba noodles according to the packet instructions. Once cooked, drain and put in a bowl with perilla leaves.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and sauté the marinated mixture for 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat.
- Serve hot over the soba noodles and perilla leaves. Garnish with bonito flakes, seaweed and spring onions.
- Mix well before devouring.
