Method
- Preheat the oven to 160°C.
- Combine all ingredients A into a double-boiler, continue to stir mixture with a wire whisk, and bring to boil.
- Combine all ingredients B in a mixture bowl. Whip at high speed until stiff peaks form.
- Combine ingredients C, mix into ingredients A, fold the batter into ingredients B.
- Spoon mixture into cake tin.
- Steam bake for 20-30 minutes at 160°C.
- Garnish with green tea powder and strawberries
