Pistachio Pancakes Served with Cream

Servings: 3 - 4


Pistachio Pancake:
140 gplain flour
1/3 cuppistachios, finely ground
2 tbspsugar
1 tspbaking powder
1 tspbaking soda
¼ salt
2QL Omega Eggs, lightly beaten
1¼ cupmilk
1 tspvanilla extract
2 tbspunsalted butter, melted
240 mlwhipping cream
1 tspvanilla essence
4 tbspsugar
A handful of chopped pistachios


  1. To make pistachio pancake, combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Add the QL Omega Egg, milk, vanilla essence and butter, whisking until smooth and combined.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly grease surface with butter.
  4. Pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan and cook until bubbles appear on the top of the pancake. Flip the pancake over and cook for another minute. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  5. To make whipped cream, whip together the whipping cream, vanilla essence and sugar until soft peak.
  6. Serve pistachio pancakes with whipped cream and garnish with chopped pistachios.
