Place cookies an inch apart from one another, on a parchment lined baking tray. With 1cm and 5mm round-shaped cutters, cut out dough randomly on Christmas-tree shaped cookies. With a 1.5” star-shaped cutter, cut out dough on the centre of hexagon star-shaped cookies.

- For royal icing: (optional) Mix QL Omega egg white with icing sugar until well combined. Fill royal icing into a small piping bag and cut out a small round tip at the end and pipe out line and small ball shapes to decorate (as desired) on the cooled stained-glass cookies. Let dry completely for 6 hours or overnight.
