Ingredients
600 g /10 sticks | MUSHROOM Fried Crab Stick, thawed |
---|---|
2 tbsp | grated parmesan cheese (or to taste) |
2 tsp | hot chili powder (or to taste) |
Oil for deep frying |
Method
- Cut the crab sticks into about 2 cm lengths. Unroll them and slice them into thin, even strips. Set aside.
- Season the crispy crab sticks with hot chili powder to taste.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, deep fry the crab sticks on medium heat until golden.
- Toss the fried crab sticks with grated parmesan cheese while it is still warm and store in an air-tight container after it cools.
