Figo Tang Yuan in Sea Coconut Dessert

You’ll never go wrong when choosing a refreshing bowl of tang yuen to celebrate your winter solstice. Especially when you have your tang yuan with delicious sea coconut. Serve up a bowl for your family as you invite them over for dinner or a celebration.

15Figo Sesame Tong Yuen
750 mlwater
60 gbrown sugar
35 glemon juice
150 gsea coconut
150 galoe vera jelly
150 gpeaches, cubes


  1. Boil water and brown sugar in a pot for 4 minutes or till brown sugar is dissolved.
  2. Set aside to cool for 30 minutes.
  3. Mix the rest of the ingredients with the sugar syrup then chill in the fridge for 3 hours or add in ice cubes to make it cold.
  4. Bring a pot of water to a boil then add in Figo Sesame Tong Yuen. Once they float, remove and transfer into a bowl. Add in the other ingredients.
  5. Serve cold.
