|15||Figo Sesame Tong Yuen|
|60 g||brown sugar|
|35 g||lemon juice|
|150 g||sea coconut|
|150 g||aloe vera jelly|
|150 g||peaches, cubes|
- Boil water and brown sugar in a pot for 4 minutes or till brown sugar is dissolved.
- Set aside to cool for 30 minutes.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients with the sugar syrup then chill in the fridge for 3 hours or add in ice cubes to make it cold.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil then add in Figo Sesame Tong Yuen. Once they float, remove and transfer into a bowl. Add in the other ingredients.
- Serve cold.
