Just like a match made in heaven, some ingredients are made for each other. Our fish chip sandwich recipes is one classic example. Cripsy fish chips, and soft fluffy buns are such a yummy combination. Together with salad leaves, tomatoes and your favourite sauces, here begins a delicious story.

|5 pieces||FIGO Lotus Leaf Bun|
|5||lettuce leaves, washed|
|1||large tomato, sliced|
|Sandwich sauce (ketchup, chilli sauce or mayonnaise)|
|Oil to fry Figo Golden Fish Chips|
- Heat up 1cm tall of oil in a frying pan and fry Figo Golden Fish Chips on both sides until golden brown. Remove from the pan and leave it for a moment.
- In a steamer or pan/pot, steam Figo Lotus Leaf Buns (defrosting is not required) for 10 minutes, turn off the fire and remove buns from the steamer. You coul also fry the top and bottom surface of the bun in the same pan from (1) until slightly golden brown).
- Place lettuce leaves and tomato slices in between Figo Lotus Leaf Bun and pour on your favourite sauce (suce as ketchup, chilli sauce, mayonnaise or Thousand Island sauce), followed by a piece of Figo Golden Fish Chips. Serve immediately.
