Seafood Mee Goreng Mamak

350 gyellow mee
1red onion, sliced
3 pipsgarlic, chopped
2 tbspchilli boh
2QL Deli Fresh eggs
4 piecesMUSHROOM Seafood Tofu
6 piecesMUSHROOM King Crab Chunk
4 piecesMUSHROOM Flavoured Lobster Ball
4 tbsppeanut sauce
A bunch ofmustard Greens (sawi)
3 tbspchilli sauce
1 tbspkicap manis
4 tbspcooking oil
2red chilli, sliced
2 tbspdeep fried onion


  1. Wash yellow mee through running water and set aside.
  2. Heat up cooking oil in a frying pan and sauté onion and garlic till fragrant then add in chilli boh.
  3. Next, add in MUSHROOM Seafood Tofu, MUSHROOM King Crab Chunk and MUSHROOM Flavoured Lobster Balls.
  4. Put in yellow noodles and stir well.
  5. Add in peanut sauce, chilli sauce and kicap manis.
  6. Push noodles aside and pour in QL Deli Fresh eggs in centre of wok. Once almost cooked, stir well with noodles and lastly add in mustard greens (sawi).
  7. Serve hot and garnish with deep fried onion and cut red chillies on top.
