This delicious fried rice dish is quite out of the ordinary. It has a good mix of convenient seafood and is studded generously with bright green edamame that is packed with fibre and protein.
|red onion, sliced
|MUSHROOM QQ Fish Filament, diced
|MUSHROOM Lobster Flavoured Ball, diced
|MUSHROOM King Crab Chunk, diced
|cooked, shelled edamame
|cooked red rice
|spring onion, white and light green parts only, thinly sliced
|MUSHROOM Fried Crab Stick, shredded and fried in oil until crisp
- In a medium frying pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and sauté onion, garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the QQ Fish Filament, Lobster Flavoured Ball and King Crab Chunk, stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the teriyaki sauce and edamame beans.
- Lastly, add the red rice, frying and mixing well. Garnish with the spring onion and serve with crispy Fried Crab Stick.
