Here is our yummy pizza recipe. It uses bread instead of dough, making it super simple to make. We present Easy Chicken and Veggie Pizza
You don’t need a wood-burning oven, you don’t need to make dough. What you will need are Figo Chicken Slices, made using high quality chicken meat (we do not use any chicken skin or fat) and surimi (fish protein). Grab a few slices of bread (we prefer whole meal or wheat germ bread for the extra nutrients and fibre), some chopped onions, capsicum of various colours, button mushrooms, tomato paste and mozzarella or cheddar cheese. Now you’re ready to make homemade pizza that impresses the whole family (everyone loves pizza!) in under 30 minutes.
Making this pizza recipe with your children or other family members is a lot of fun for everyone. Be adventurous! Use other ingredients such as canned pineapple cubes and chopped onion to pair with the Figo Chicken Slices to make Hawaiian chicken pizza, or any vegetables or seafood of your choice for added nutrition and flavour. Or swap the sandwich bread for wholemeal pita bread. It’s up to you!
Serve the pizza for breakfast, or heat it up in the microwave at work for a wholesome and delicious lunch. It’s a great way to get kids to eat vegetables too! They are sure to love this colourful treat in their lunchbox.
