Burger Patties: | ||
20 g | butter | |
35 g | yellow onion, diced | |
250 g | minced chicken | |
9 g | bread crumbs | |
9 g | QL Omega egg | |
A dash of Worcestershire sauce | ||
Salt and black pepper to taste | ||
Crabstick Coleslaw: | ||
100 g | MUSHROOM Imitation Crab Stick | |
20 g | mayonnaise |
Method
- To make the burger patties, in a frying pan, melt the butter and sauté the onions until it has soften. Set aside to cool.
- In a bowl, mix together all the burger patties ingredients and divide into 2 balls. Shape the balls into patties.
- In a frying pan, melt the butter and pan fry the patties until cooked.
- In a preheated oven at 180°C, bake the Portobello mushroom for 10 minutes.
- To make the coleslaw, shred the MUSHROOM Imitation Crab Stick in a bowl. Add in the mayonnaise and mix well.
- To assemble the burger, place the Portobello mushroom, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, burger patty, slaw and top it off with another Portobello mushroom. Serve.
