Halloween Crabstick Coleslaw Burger

4Portobello mushroom
2 pieces lettuce
6 slices tomato, sliced
6 slicesJapanese cucumber, sliced
20 gbutter
Burger Patties:
20 gbutter
35 gyellow onion, diced
250 gminced chicken
9 gbread crumbs
9 gQL Omega egg
A dash of Worcestershire sauce
Salt and black pepper to taste
Crabstick Coleslaw:
100 gMUSHROOM Imitation Crab Stick
20 gmayonnaise


  1. To make the burger patties, in a frying pan, melt the butter and sauté the onions until it has soften. Set aside to cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix together all the burger patties ingredients and divide into 2 balls. Shape the balls into patties.
  3. In a frying pan, melt the butter and pan fry the patties until cooked.
  4. In a preheated oven at 180°C, bake the Portobello mushroom for 10 minutes.
  5. To make the coleslaw, shred the MUSHROOM Imitation Crab Stick in a bowl. Add in the mayonnaise and mix well.
  6. To assemble the burger, place the Portobello mushroom, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, burger patty, slaw and top it off with another Portobello mushroom. Serve.
