Chicken Tandoori Wrap

500 gchicken fillets, sliced
2 tbspplain yogurt
2 tspginger, minced
2 tspgarlic, crushed
2 tbspvegetable oil
1½ tspground cumin
1½ tspgaram masala
3 tsppaprika
1 tbsplemon
3 dropsred food colouring
Salt to taste
¼ cuppineapple, chopped
½ cucumber, thinly sliced
½ carrot, thinly sliced
1onion, sliced thinly
4 slices Figo Roti Pratha
1lime, wedges
Yogurt Sauce:
½ cupyogurt


  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger, garlic, vegetable oil, ground cumin, garam masala, paprika, lemon juice, salt and red food colouring. Mix well.
  2. Add in the chicken and mix well ensuring that every piece is coated with the marinade.
  3. Set aside and let it marinate for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  4. Grill in the oven for 15 minutes.
  5. In a pan, pan fry the Figo Roti Pratha
  6. Serve the tandoori chicken with Figo Roti Pratha, cucumber, carrot, onions, yogurt sauce and lime.
