This delicious fried rice dish is quite out of the ordinary. It has a good mix of convenient seafood and is studded generously with bright green edamame that is packed with fibre and protein.

Ingredients
2 tsp | sesame oil | |

1 | red onion, sliced | |
1 clove | garlic, chopped | |
½ inch | ginger, sliced | |
2 pieces | MUSHROOM QQ Fish Filament, diced | |
2 pieces | MUSHROOM Lobster Flavoured Ball, diced | |
2 pieces | MUSHROOM King Crab Chunk, diced | |
3 tbsp | teriyaki sauce | |
½ cup | cooked, shelled edamame | |
1½ cup | cooked red rice | |
For garnishing: | ||
2 stalks | spring onion, white and light green parts only, thinly sliced | |
2 pieces | MUSHROOM Fried Crab Stick, shredded and fried in oil until crisp |
Method
- In a medium frying pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and sauté onion, garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the QQ Fish Filament, Lobster Flavoured Ball and King Crab Chunk, stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the teriyaki sauce and edamame beans.
- Lastly, add the red rice, frying and mixing well. Garnish with the spring onion and serve with crispy Fried Crab Stick.
